Partnerships for Climate Smart Commodities Program Contractor

Akiptan is a Native American Community Development Financial Institution working for Native American Agricultural Producers. Akiptan is located in Eagle Butte, South Dakota and serves producers across the United States. The project for this RFP is to support Akiptan producers and staff with paperwork, planning, project specifications for the Partnerships for Climate Smart Commodities Program (PCSCP) - Regenerative Finance Model. More specifically, this contractor will assist with gathering U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) forms such as the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) forms, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO) documentation and National Resource Conservation Services (NRCS) documents. As well as additional required documentation for the PCSCP forms to make certain that applications are complete and assist with reporting responsibilities by navigating COMET Farm, COMET Planner, and the approved MMRV Matrix.
